Swimming

One of our favorite things to do this summer has been to go to the city pool. Elliot loved going and splashing all around and having a great time in the sun. I signed her up for swimming lessons toward the end of the summer and she liked them okay. She does not like to put her face in the water and that is the majority of what they were working on at this level. We started practicing more even in the bathtub so she can get more comfortable in the water. She really liked her teacher Kate and was sad that she wasn't there on their last day of swim lessons. We will try the lessons again next time, but in the meantime we will have fun just going to the pool for fun.
